We support clients across the full debt lifecycle, from strategy and structuring through to lender engagement, execution, and ongoing facility management. Our services include :

  • SME Debt Advisory – For operating businesses with lending & working capital needs of $500k–$5m; supporting more complex transactions through pre-lender engagement work including financial analysis, flow of funds analysis, complex security, and refinance structures (ATO/private lenders/cashflow loans) and liaison with external accountants.
  • Corporate Debt Advisory (Corporate Finance) – Supporting large commercial and emerging corporate businesses (typically $20m–$100m revenue) with complex balance sheets and intra-group structures, where we deliver qualitative and quantitative assessment, capital structuring advice, facility reviews, recommendations and full service banking tenders, including preparation of IM and credit submission/tender materials.
  • CRE Development and Investment Financing – For professional/semi-professional developers and investors (typically $5m to $100m value); covering feasibility review, structuring across the full capital stack (including senior/mezzanine/stretch senior, preferred equity), tender pack preparation, management & negotiation, plus ongoing covenant, progress reporting and drawdown support (and investment portfolio modelling and refinance/security structuring).
  • Structured Finance – Advising non-bank financial institutions, mutual ADIs and private credit funds on receivables-backed funding solutions, including warehouse & back-levered facilities, portfolio modelling, investor & financier negotiations, pitch deck preparation and whole-loan sale support.
  • Financial Modelling, Analysis and Forecasting – Delivered alongside debt advisory or standalone; outsourced treasury-style support including one-off forecasting and three-way modelling (up to 5-year projections), project & transaction modelling, and ongoing reporting, plus debt-related requirements such as covenant management and drawdowns.

Investment Management

WJ Capital’s Investment Management division builds on the firm’s core strength in capital structuring and finance. It enables the firm to deliver bespoke lending and capital solutions to borrowers, while providing unique investment opportunities to the firm’s network of wholesale and sophisticated investors, and institutional clients. These opportunities focus on private-market asset classes not broadly available in the market, such as private credit and private equity investments. The division manages investor capital under an AFSL, ensuring rigorous compliance, reporting, and governance standards.
